Born into the ice rinks of the great white north and expanding as far as the go-go stages of Hong Kong, Lola Frost has a style uniquely her own. Called Vancouver’s "Rock’N’Roll Flapper" she is know to take Neo-Burlesque to a perfect alchemy of nostalgia and classic grace. Using her life long experience in dance, theatre, and multi-realms of performing, she creates a truly sensorial experience. Lola uses her love of movement and expression combined with her passion for life and the stage to bring the audience into her world.
Lola has been internationally recognized at the Burlesque Hall of Fame, performing in Best Debut 2010 as well as at the Vancouver International Burlesque festival 3 years in a row, where she was the recipient of their award for “Sexy, Sultry, Sizzlin’ Striptease” in 2009. She is a founding member of The Starlet Harlots as well as a standing member of Sweet Soul. In October of 2011, Lola joined forces with Kitty Nights' Burgundy Brixx and fellow Sweet Soul dancer Cherry OnTop to open the Vancouver Burlesque Centre. There they specialize in teaching Sexy Fitness, Movement and Performance, while also creating a community hub and resource for Vancouver and the burlesque scene as a whole.
